Not to be too nitpicky, but he knows the "capitals" not the "capitols," the latter, of course, referring to the actual building.

most of them are the "capitol building." But for bonus points...
1) Which is the only one to have a unicameral legislature?
2) Which one has working oil wells on its grounds?
3) Which is the prettiest? Which is the ugliest?
